7.2 Financing: MEBESA SRL for development and construction of the Palma Nova Dreams Hotel will be financed project basis by lender (Banco de Reservas). Contractor will assist MEBESA SRL in its endeavor relating to the financing of the project, and cooperate with the Banco de Reservas by providing such information and access, and entering into and delivering such subordination agreements, consents, opinions, certificates and other matters, as the Banco de Reservas may reasonable require or as otherwise may be customary in transactions of this type.
7.3 Credit support from contractor: Contractor will provide the following (each in form and substance acceptable to MEBESA SRL):
