This test plan covers the handling outages of the device pricing and edit billing services. The basic idea is that if either service is down, the site gracefully handles the outage and the user is not prevented from using the service. The device pricing service is used to display the pricing on the Schools and Universities tab. The edit billing service is used in the second to last step of the Redeem and Educard workflows.
