Cook the pasta until it’s al dente.
Mix pasta in a creamy cheese sauce & chill in the fridge.
Mix in the diced mozzarella chunks into the pasta.
Using a ice cream scoop, portion out the pasta into balls.
In another bowl, mix the minced meats together and season with salt & pepper.
Add in the milk, breadcrumbs, garlic & onion powder with chopped parsley and thyme. Mix well.
Wrap the meat around the pasta balls.
Steam bake the balls at 86C for 5 minutes and freeze.
To warm up: preheat the oven to 185C and cook the defrosted meatballs for 8 minutes and till the meatball browns.
