AR and recurrent sinusitis Hx, severe frequent cough for 1+ week, yellowish sputum, severe nasal stuffiness with thick purulent rhinorhrea for 1 week, PND severe, sniff and thick purulent sputum clearout, poor sleep need sitting up due to NO and midnight PND cough, s/p other clinic Tx but s/s feel worsening, PE: yell PND (+), bil maxilla tenderness (+), yellowish thick nasal discharge was suctioned out A: acute bacterial sinusitis P: 1. ENT local Tx 2. oral Augmentin for sinusitis

AR和復發性鼻竇炎HX，劇烈咳嗽頻繁1+週，淡黃色咳痰，嚴重鼻塞厚膿性rhinorhrea 1週，PND嚴重，嗅嗅和厚膿痰clearout，睡眠不佳需要坐起來，由於NO和午夜PND咳嗽，S / P等的Tx診所但S / S感覺惡化，PE：叫喊PND（+），BIL頜骨壓痛（+），淡黃厚鼻涕被吸出

2。口服安奇鼻竇炎

AR 和復發性中樞炎 Hx， 嚴重頻繁咳嗽1+周，黃痰，嚴重鼻塞與厚化膿性鼻腔1周，PND嚴重，嗅覺和厚化膿痰清除，睡眠不好需要坐起來由於NO和午夜PND咳嗽，s/p其他診所Tx/s/s感覺惡化，PE：喊PND（+），膽汁壓痛（*），黃色厚鼻分泌
A：急性細菌性坐音炎
P： 1. ENT 本地 Tx
2. 陰炎的口腔增強
