- 2.1 The PARTNER shall hold Confidential Information in strict confidence, not disclose it to third parties and shall protect it against access of third parties. The PARTNER shall only use the Confidential Information for the benefit of the Project and shall not file any application for intellectual property right on the Confidential Information.
