4.4.4 procmon

Process monitor processing periodically checks the existence of programs with names that
are registered in QNX kernel and provides an indication if any required process is not
running.
Guidance: This supports the display of system and diagnostic messages as required by
Reference 14.
Rationale: Satisfies Requirement PMS_SRS-4688 of the PMS SRS (Reference 14).
The error indication corresponding to procmon is transmitted to the MTP, via the AF100,
for display.
