Tbis paper presents the application of linear Kalman filter algorithm
for tracking the power system voltage ma 'tude, the rate of change of
frequcncy, the frequency deviation as weras the voltage phase ankle
when the frequency of the voltage signal is assumed to be vaned
linearly with the time during the data window size. The proposcd
alorithm uses the digitized samples of the voltage signal at the
re f ay location.
