12.3 Not to commit acts including but not limited to destroying, altering or modifying the Condominium Unit by any methods that could damage or be of an annoyance to other persons or a risk to the structural integrity, safety and/or the architectural appearance of the building. Not to place any banners, posters or other advertising material on the walls, doors, windows and/or balcony or any other parts of the building or unit, that is visible from the outside. Lessee will be responsible to the Lessor or Condominium juristic person for any damages incurred. The Lessee shall be responsible towards the Lessor or Condominium Juristic Person for any damages incurred.
