Pilot interviews were held with two accident repair centres and two dismantlers to test the protocols and questions before the case study research was undertaken. Interviews were held at the site of the RL system participants. Two individuals with knowledge of the RL system were interviewed and the information tape-recorded for each of the stakeholder organisations directly
involved in establishing the processes for the two case studies.
