Public Health College of Fujian Medical University Abstract: Objective To study the dietary and harmful factors of gastric cancer in Xianyou County, and to provide scientific evidence for the prevention and treatment of gastric cancer by 1:2. Methods 433 cases of gastric cancer were collected in Xianyou county hospital in July 2015 March 2013, and 8 cases of healthy residents were randomly selected according to the 1:2 of the patients with gastric cancer. Obtain the research object data through the questionnaire survey. The differences of general demographic data of the subjects were compared by using the 2 test;Logistic regression analysis was used to calculate the relative risk estimates, the 95% confidence interval of OR value, and the multivariate analysis. According to the formula of Bruzzi, the risk degree of the population was calculated. The fast speed of eating, eating dry hard food, high salt diet, labor after a meal, eat pickles can increase the risk of gastric cancer; edible cattle and sheep meat, kelp, laver, onion, vegetables, edible fungus has a protective effect on the gastric cancer. Conclusion Xianyou County high incidence of gastric carcinoma and the speed of diet, eating dry hard food, high salt diet, long to eat pickles are closely related, should take some positive measures to improve the local population's bad eating habits, to reduce cancer incidence.
