Do you mean you want to set screenshot as profile photo in Contact app? If yes, please follow the step as below:
1. Launch Contact app
2. Click Set up my profile
3. Click profile picture block
4. Click Choose photo from Gallery
5. Select your screenshot and crop
6. Click Done
