Objective: by 1:2 a case-control study, residents of Xianyou obtained gastric cancer diets harmful factors and their interactions with each other, for the prevention of gastric cancer diet provides scientific references.Collected March 2013 July 2015 in Xianyou County Hospital and 433 cases of pathologically confirmed stomach cancer cases, and adjusted for gastric cancer mortality is high, medium and low layered 8 randomly selected healthy residents in the village of 1:2 for individual matches. Through the questionnaire to obtain the object of study in General, occupational history, diet, dietary, gastrointestinal diseases, family history of cancer, and psychological factors. 2 test was used for the study of the marital status, education level, occupation, general demographic data, such as distribution differences compared using Cox regression analysis to calculate relative risk estimates (odd ratio,OR), 95% confidence interval p value and OR value using multivariate Cox regression analysis of major risk factors of gastric carcinoma under Bruzzi recommend formula to calculate population attributable risk.Xianyou County results may be risk factors for gastric cancer are: fast diet, eating dry food, high salt diet, working after dinner, eating pickles; possible protective factors are: kelp seaweed, onion, beef and mutton, vegetables and edible fungus. Conclusions the high incidence of gastric cancer associated with various dietary factors in Xianyou County, Xianyou County should take some positive steps to improve the eating habits of people in order to reduce the incidence of stomach cancer.
