Benzoxazines are highly important structural motifs presented in a large number of natural products, organic materials and pharmaceuticals.1 For example, the compound A, bearing the benzoxazine heterocycle, is antimicrobial, and the compound B possess the cytotoxic activity.2 Moreover, benzoxazines are important precursors in the synthesis of new type phenol-formaldehyde resin, a high-performance material owning heat-resistance and flame-resistance.3 Therefore, many efforts have been paid to prepare such compounds fused with different functional groups, and study their features.4 However, this type compound containing phosphate on the benzoxazine heterocycle, which might change their characters, improve their water solubility, and realize their future transformations was not reported.
