Abstract: Objective To study the dietary and harmful factors of gastric cancer in Xianyou County, and to provide scientific evidence for the prevention and treatment of gastric cancer by 1:2 case control study. Methods 433 cases of gastric cancer were collected in Xianyou county hospital in July 2015 March 2013, and 8 cases of healthy residents were randomly selected according to the 1:2 of the patients with gastric cancer. Through the questionnaire survey, the general situation of the research object, the diet habit, the diet content, the digestive tract disease history, family cancer history, psychological factors, etc..The distribution difference of general demographic data of the study was compared with the 2 test, and the relative risk estimates and OR values were calculated by conditional Logistic regression analysis. The 95% confidence interval of the Bruzzi value and the multivariate analysis were used to calculate the risk degree of the population. The fast speed of eating, eating dry hard food, high salt diet, labor after a meal, eat pickles can increase the risk of gastric cancer; edible cattle and sheep meat, kelp, laver, onion, vegetables, edible fungus has a protective effect on the gastric cancer. Conclusion the high incidence of gastric cancer in Xianyou county and eating fast, eating dry food, high salt diet, eat pickles long-term close relationship,Some positive measures should be taken to improve the poor eating habits of the local population in order to reduce the incidence of gastric cancer.
