摘要:目的 通过1:2病例对照研究,获得仙游县居民胃癌发生的饮食有害因素,为胃癌在饮食方面的防治提供科学参考依据。方法 收集2013年3月2015年7月在仙游县医院住院并经病理确诊的胃癌病例433例,并按胃癌调整死亡率高、中、低分层随机抽取8个村的健康居民按1:2进行个体匹配。通过问卷调查获取研究对象的一般情况、饮食习惯、饮食内容、消化道疾病史、家族肿瘤史、心理因素等。采用2检验对研究对象的一般人口学资料的分布差异进行比较;用条件Logistic回归分析计算相对危险估计值、OR值的95%可信区间以及多因素分析;根据Bruzzi推荐的公式计算人群归因危险度。结果 饮食速度快、喜食干硬食物、高盐饮食、饭后劳作、吃腌菜可增加胃癌发病的风险;食用牛羊肉、海带紫菜、洋葱、蔬菜、食用菌对胃癌有保护作用。结论 仙游县胃癌高发与饮食速度快、喜食干硬食物、高盐饮食、长期吃腌菜关系密切,应采取一些积极的措施改善当地人群的不良饮食习惯,以减少胃癌的发生率。

Abstract: objective 1:2 a case-control study, residents of Xianyou obtained gastric cancer dietary risk factors, for gastric cancer in the dietary control of scientific references. Collected March 2013 July 2015 in Xianyou County Hospital and 433 cases of pathologically confirmed stomach cancer cases, and adjusted for gastric cancer mortality is high, medium and low layered 8 randomly selected healthy residents in the village of 1:2 for individual matches. Fast results diet, eating dry food, high salt diet, working after dinner, eat pickle increase the risk of stomach cancer, eating beef and mutton, kelp seaweed, onion, vegetables, mushroom has a protective effect on gastric cancer. Conclusions the high incidence of gastric cancer and diet in Xianyou County fast, eating dry food, closely related to the high salt diet and long-term eating pickles, should take some positive steps to improve the poor eating habits of the local population in order to reduce the incidence of stomach cancer. Abstract: Objective To study the dietary and harmful factors of gastric cancer in Xianyou County, and to provide scientific evidence for the prevention and treatment of gastric cancer by 1:2 case control study. Methods 433 cases of gastric cancer were collected in Xianyou county hospital in July 2015 March 2013, and 8 cases of healthy residents were randomly selected according to the 1:2 of the patients with gastric cancer.
