This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. How do you propose I contaminate only the top half of a one-piece suit? I am curious now as to what the smell might be?You are unapologetic about the delay in the process and also have not provided me with your formal complaint process. This is poor customer service and I would still like to submit a formal complaint.
