Data retrieved from the interviews were analyzed using grounded theory approach (Strauss & Corbin, 1998). The data is first analysed by categorizing or creating open codes that divide our data into relevant sections that relate to our research questions. These open codes are then further analysed by identifying and connecting the relationships within these open codes, otherwise known as axial coding. Lastly, thematic coding is used to establish a centralize category that relates to all the other categories or codes that were previously established. This eventually led to the generation major themes in relation to our research question.
