Am Mittwoch kam der bei Ihnen gekau

Am Mittwoch kam der bei Ihnen gekaufte MP4 Player bei mir an. Als ich es auspackte, war noch alles okay. Als ich es zum Laden einsteckte , flog mir die erste Abdeckung entgegen und ich konnte ins Innere der MP4 Players gucken, als ich es umdrehte, flog mir dann auch noch das Bildschirmglas entgegen. Ich Zug den Ladesteckers ab, da hatte ich die blaue Hülle in einer Hand und das Innenleben am Stecker. Ich baute es wieder zusammen und versuchte es zu reparieren, was sinnlos war. Es ist also kaputt. Ich wollte es jemanden zum Geburtstag schenken, nun ist das natürlich hinfällig. Ich hoffe auf eine schnelle Antwort. Mfg

When I put it to charge, the first cover flew towards me and I could see inside the MP4 Player, when I turned it around, even the screen glass flew towards me. I pull the charger plug off, because I had the blue envelope in one hand and the inner workings of the plug. I built it together again and tried to repair it, which was pointless. It's so broken.
