本文旨在探討校園霸凌事件防治之重要。筆者在教育現場多年，校園霸凌事件層出不窮，引起筆者關注；有感在教育界服務，有責任宣導校園霸凌事件防治的重要，讓教師與校內人員在發現霸凌事件時能有效防止事件擴大並順利解決，而非僅以經驗判斷。校園是一個讓學生成長、學習的園地，絕不能讓學生錯誤的霸凌行為破壞校園的和諧與安寧。正確的因應之道除了平日的宣導之外，尚有許多防治策略，在本文中將一一敘明；其中一點，提高教師與校內人員對霸凌事件的專業判斷，才能在事件發生時，於最短時間內用正確的處理方式，讓事件圓滿落幕最為重要。研究顯示，當發生疑似校園霸凌事件時，錯誤的判斷將影響後續處理的方式與結果，所以參加校園霸凌辨識訓練會是一個非常有效的方法。接受辨識訓練的教師完成訓練後，明顯提升教師對疑似校園霸凌事件的辨識度，並能有效迅速地採取正確的解決方式讓事件順利解決。

I feel that I have the sense to serve in the education field, and I have the responsibility to publicize the importance of the prevention and control of campus bullying events, so that teachers and school staff can effectively prevent the expansion and smooth resolution of bullying events when they are found, rather than just judge by experience.
Campus is a place for students to grow up and study. Students' wrong bullying behavior must not destroy the harmony and peace of campus. In addition to the usual propaganda, there are many prevention and control strategies, which will be described one by one in this paper.
