The Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) is requiring all children's products to have a tracking label/stamp/mold depending on the end product. This is not limited to any safety standard.

1.Source of product


2.Date of manufacture


3.Lot/Batch/Run number


This is intended to aid in the tracking and potential recall of any children's product.


•It is the vendor's responsibility to know, understand, and comply with this law.


•Effective date: August 14, 2009 (products manufactured on or after)
