Main Activities:
.Participate all the phase of project development with the injection moulding process expert status, integrate all the injection moulding process constraint and know-how for: product design, process quotation, injection moulding process definition, set-up methodology, plant technician training in order to get a robust tank shell production
.Define the tool specification, manage the supplier to provide the injection moulding equipments (mould, cooling shell, stretching table and other special tools)
.Via injection moulding trial, define and validate the injection moulding process parameter to get the injection moulding tank shell confirmed with product specification, and a stable production process
Qualification:
.Bachelor major in Mechanical Design or Mould design; At least 2 years' experience for mechanical design or mould design or injection moulding technology
.Mastery of CAD software (UG or Solidworks or Catia (preferred) , Autocad)
.Good material Knowledge (Ex: aluminum, steel, bronze...)
.Good knowledge for mould design, manufacturing and treatment
.Good knowledge for casting & foundry technology
.Basic knowledge for heating transfer
.Basic automatic & hydraulic knowledge
.Mastery of injection moulding technology and process
.Good knowledge for the plastic material used in INERGY
.Good English level (speaking, listening, reading and writing: fluent)
.Good communication capacity with project core team, domestic or foreign supplier, plant and INERGY engineer in worldwide
.Competence for analyzing, solving the problem and building the action plan
.Competence for formalizing and transferring the know-how
