On 13/07/2012 our surveyor visited at site and met with plymouth representative Mr.Mahesh,we have initially checked the condition of cargo and notice that our interest cargo was stacked on pallets .All cargo was palletized and some of those were covered with layers of polyethylene.The Taggeta private warehouse owned M/S plymouth was locked by using two locks by custom since the goods were imported from congo and stacked under customs control that prohibits them form selling in domestic market without paying customs duty.All the side condition of cargo from outside the warehouse.Based on what was identified we noted layer of oxidation which when polished was free of any oxidized surface layer.
