本系強調跨領域整合的訓練，以及教學與研究的融合。在大學時，我除了主修勞資關係外，也修習了有關經濟學、統計學之課程；研究方面，也有修習研究方法及論文撰寫。此種教學模式與IMES跨領域學科的特色相似，因此我可快速融入並修習多種課程。

The department stressed that cross-cutting integration of training, and the integration of teaching and research. In college, I majored in addition to labor relations, but also to attend the relevant economics, statistics of the curriculum; research, but also to attend research methods and thesis writing. Such teaching model similar to the characteristics of IMES cross-cutting disciplines, so I can quickly integrate and attend a variety of courses.

In college, in addition to majoring in labour relations, I also took courses in economics and statistics, and in research, I also studied research methods and writing papers.
