Oropharyngeal cancer, tongue base, poorly differentiated-SqCC, p16(-), cT4aN2cM1 (Liver and Lung), stage IVb.CT of neck with/without contrast enhancement shows: 1. no obvious mass lesion noted at oropharynx, suggest correlate with local finding. 2. several mild enlarged lymph nodes at right level II and III, roughly stationary.3. left maxillary sinus fluid collection. 4. cervical spondylosis. CT of abdomen with/without contrast enhancement, chest and pelvis with contrast enhancement shows: 1. several solid and cavitated lesions in both lungs, lung metastases are considered, as compared with prior image in 2019/7/29, enlarged.2. a 2.5cm hypoenhancing lesions at S6 of liver, r/o metastasis, stationary.3. a 1.7cm hypodense nodule in spleen, enlarged.4. bilateral renal cysts;there is no definite focal lesion in pancreas and adrenals.5. enlarging confluent lymphadenopathies in paraaortic region.6. left inguinal hernia with fat herniation. 7. degenerative change with marginal spur of L4-5-S1. 8. deformity of right femoral head with osteoarthritic change of right hip joint.
