一直以為在飯店工作是一件很輕鬆的事,但經歷過這次實習,我知道各行各業都是辛苦的,儘管工作環境看起來高級舒適,但是實際上,每個部門,每個職位,不管是主管或是基層員工,每個人都有每個人的壓力,但是每個人的基礎都是建立在,該如何使客人在我們飯店住得更加開心,這是讓我在飯店業裡感受到的一種無形的默契,環環相扣,怎麼也解不開的。而結束實習之後,我相信我出社會後,在工作上與待人處事上一定能表現得很好,我有很大的自信。
