(c) The buyer wishes to discuss with the seller a range of possible incentives/quantity discounts based on the savings to be made by the manufacturer obtaining increased orders over and above the minimum agreed amounts and giving extended guaranteed order quantities allowing the manufacturer to purchase raw materials at discounts to smaller quantities, these savings to be passed to buyer as an ongoing incentive. These pricing incentives will be agreed on a order to order basis after discussion in Australia and form part of this agreement and added as an addendum when completed.
