Connect interlock pin through user safety trip mechanism or emergency stop button. In order to enable laser operation, interlock pins should be shorted through proper safety mechanism. Once the interlock connector terminals are tripped (open), laser will lose DC power immediately, disabling lasing and communication. Laser will recover from interlock event when interlock is shorted again. In the event the interlock was tripped during emission, lasing will not commence at recovery without reasserting emission commands by user.
