我覺得學習好的管理技巧，可以讓許多事情更快速的完成，在做許多事情上都需要一些技巧，在組織裡，管理者更是一個無可獲卻的角色，如果在一個團體裡沒有管理者，討論意見時沒有人來掌控，大家的意見沒有人統整或是管理，就像無頭蒼蠅一樣，只會亂成一團。所以我覺得學習管理是大家應該多少要涉略的事，對於以後會遇到的事情，總會有些幫
