At Port of Discharge, Buyer guarant

At Port of Discharge, Buyer guarantee a minimum of 13.50 meters salt water arrival draft, maximum 367 meters LOA, maximum 36 meters BEAM, and maximum 17 meters Air Draft. The Buyers have the option to discharge at maximum two berths. At the first discharge berth (lightering berth), sufficient quantity to be discharged in order to allow the vessel to safely discharge the balance of the cargo at the second/final berth. All lightering and shifting time and costs will be for Buyer’s account. The vessel, after lightering at first berth, must be left trimmed and in seaworthy condition to Master´s satisfaction, to allow her safe navigation between first to second/final discharge berth.
