本研究主要目的在於(1)計算公路運輸部門2015年至2050年之二氧化碳排放量，並假設不同情境下，評估台灣是否能達成《溫室氣體減量及管理法》之規範。此外，(2)利用碳權總量配置，以衡量公路運輸部門之碳排放成本。

This study aims to (1) calculated from 2015 to 2050 carbon dioxide emissions from road transport sectors, and assumes that different situations, assessment of Taiwan to achieve the greenhouse gas reductions and Management Act standards. In addition, (2) the total allocation of carbon rights to measure the carbon cost of road transport sector.
