目前,有关认知的人工智能,例如人脸的检测,车辆的检测、语音的识别等等,已 经从最基础的研究开始迈向较成熟的应用阶段,在很多领域发挥了其“眼睛”和“耳朵’’ 的功能。“眼睛"观察人脸的嘴型、眼型的变化,认知到人的表情,“耳朵’’聆听讨论的
过程,分辨不同的发言人,整理分类⋯⋯ 对于认知而言,一个重要环节就是对人体的认知,利用计算机视觉的人工智能在实
际的认知中,动作的识别是其中比较重要的一个部分。人体的动作是指身体的活动或行 动,在日常的生活,人体本身就是一个动态的生活过程,所谓的静态也只是动态的一个 衔接过程。因而,提高认知的能力,其中的一个大问题就是人体动作的识别研究。人自 身的眼睛不能做到24小时不间断的对周遭环境中所发生的人体动作事件进行有效地认 知,借助于人工智能的“眼睛”,摄像设备不仅需要记录这些发生的动作,而且需要类 似人的大脑功能来识别所发生的动作,及时了解其发生的时间、地点、类别等等,真正 的做到认知。
正是基于这样的思考,本文将研究的重点放到有关人体动作的识别,寄希望于在深 入了解人体动作的特性之后,利用计算机视觉来对人体动作进行识别。
