A tout moment, les parties peuvent résilier ce Protocole d’Accord si elles ne s’accordent pas, après consultations et négociations dûment menées, sur les termes de ce Protocole d’Accord.

在任何时候，缔约方如果不一致，协商和谈判正式进行后，在本谅解备忘录的条件可终止本谅解备忘录。
