There is another problem I have with VMS. Unfortunately, it rejects to record something although there is enough space on Qnap. I managed to restart the system and then, it starts to record. Clearly, it is a bit tedious to check client’s computers every day for me to see if VMS is recording. Is there a fix for this problem?
I hope the information provided is clear enough.
Please help investigate this problem, and let us know what might have caused it.
