摘要：小微企业金融业务正逐渐成为国内商业银行战略业务的重点和新的利润增
长点，国外先进商业银行的实践经验为国内银行如何优化小微企业信贷业务模式方面
提供了多方面的重要启示。本文通过介绍淡马锡小微企业“信贷工厂”模式、富国银行
小微企业信贷零售模式等多家国外商业银行开展小微企业信贷业务的成功经验，在此
基础上认为国内商业银行开展小微企业信贷业务应当首先注重客户的细分及产品的差
异化，弱化抵押并重视还款能力和还款意愿的评估，实行零售化和批量化管理，推行
标准化的“信贷工厂”业务模式以提高业务效率，并通过定性和定量相结合进行风险管
理，在提高综合收益的同时，更好地控制小微企业信贷风险。
