We apologise for the delay in obtaining a clean Bill of Lading for this shipment but we have been informed of an issue with the Goods which needs to be resolved.
We have been informed subsequent to loading from the shipping company that minor paint scratches have been identified on the Goods. As the Goods are already in transit to you at this time we are currently unable to establish the extent of this.
Obviously this needs to be addressed and rectified if required and we will work with you to ensure this is carried out as quickly as possible.
Obtaining the Bill of Lading is important for both John Zink and TCC, and therefore we wanted to inform you of this situation and confirm the status of the goods as they will be delivered and confirm your understanding of this position.
