本试验手册根据《C13B轻型护卫舰局域网系统设备技术规格书》而制定,作为设备检验的依据。

5 试验方法
5.1 外观质量
 测试标准:系统设备外表应无锈蚀、霉斑、涂复层剥落、划伤、毛刺、无机械损伤、开裂、起泡,并无明显变形等现象,文字标牌的标志清晰,控制元件及作用应安全正常。
 测试方法:采用目视、手感方法,对照外观要求进行检查。
5.2 设备尺寸
 测试标准:以表4所标注尺寸为测试标准。
 测试方法:采用游标卡尺对设备进行测量。
5.3 安全性
5.3.1 电气安装要求
 测试标准:
 产品通电后,机壳及金属可接触部位应不带电。
 系统与船金属体的连接,要求安全接地,其连接电阻应小于等于10mΩ。
 测试方法:
用手感法,毫欧表测量法和三用表测量法进行检验。
5.3.2 绝缘电阻
 测试标准:
 系统的电源插头与机壳金属外露部分间的常温绝缘电阻应大于等于20MΩ。
 测试方法:
用500V准确度为1.0级的兆欧表接至系统的电源插头(非接地端)与金属外露部分两端(电源开关置接通位置,但电源插头不接入电网内),在施加测试电压,待读数稳定后,读取绝缘电阻值应符合要求。
5.4 工作电源电压波动
 测试标准:
交流电源AC 198V~242V、50Hz。
 测试方法:
按系统接线图连接好,接通智能变频电源AC 220V,50Hz的交流电源,调节电压,使之显示交流电压为正常电压(AC220V),接通各设备电源,指示灯亮,接通网络服务器与显示器,观察局域网功能是否正常,如果不符合技术要求,应检查开关电源是否性能良好,更换器件应以排除。
5.5 系统功耗
 测试标准:
系统功耗≤1000W。
 测试方法:
直接读出智能变频电源上的系统功耗,应符合技术要求。
5.6 功能测试
根据系统连线图将各个部分按照要求相连起来,在确认无误后通电。
5.6.1 局域网内部数据交互与通信
 测试方法:
1) 按配套的系统接线图连接好设备,开启各设备的电源。
2) 在局域网内部的交换机上接上一台测试笔记本,在笔记本上通过软件与网络服务器进行数据的交互通信,发送文件给网络服务器;
 合格判据:
1) 笔记本能与网络服务器进行正常通信,并能正常发送文件到网络服务器上;
5.6.2 局域网接入互联网功能
 测试方法:
1) 按配套的系统接线图连接好设备,开启各设备的电源;
2) 在局域网内部的交换机上接上一台测试笔记本,在笔记本上通过网络访问外部Internet
 合格判据:
1) 笔记本能正常访问外部Internet;
