That means, you need to submit your Days Off request to [e-mail] for that timeframe on or before Monday, December 7th , 2015 ET. Otherwise, we may not be able to grant your request and First Come – First Serve basis will still apply.

• NOT all Day off requests will be approved and are in pending status until the specified schedule release week.
