Dear Asus Service Team,

I bought an Asus fonepad 7 a year ago. It worked fine until a couple of days ago when all of a sudden my screen became covered with purple vertical lines. I can still access all my applications in a normal way but those lines on the screen hurt my eyes.
I ran a factory reset yesterday and the lines disappeared for a couple of hours and then they appeared again.

Grateful if you could help me solve that issue
