To supply & install new floor finishes with re-finishing/modification of existing finishes/fixtures/fittings, etc. all in accordance with the Tender Drawing and Specifications;

To provide site cleaning service before site handover;

To carry out all associated works to complete this scope of works but not limited to relocation / refix of existing making good the affected areas, comply with the current Building Ordinance, etc.

提供及安裝新的地板完成重新-finishing/修改現有管接頭飾面/夾具，等等一切按照工程招標圖紙和規格;提供清潔服務現場移交; 前的網站進行所有相關的工程來完成這個工程的範圍，但不是限於搬遷 / 浮息現有做好受災的地區，遵守現行的建築物條例 》 等。
