Please note that there has been a reduction in the fees for some CTMs from 23.03.16 from which date they will be
known as EUTMs. OHIM is being renamed from the same date and will become the European Union Intellectual
Property Office (EUIPO).
There is a reduction in some of the fees for British Registered Designs from 1st October 2016. There is a six month
grace period, i.e. the application must be filing within six months of the first public disclosure by the applicant.
