Dear myCRM Key User,
Following the customer focus in our Step Up strategy, we need to know as much as possible about our customer. The more we know the better we can serve him, the more targeted global projects will run.
With this email we start an initiative “We know our customers” to collect specific information about important customers in your market and improve the data quality more and more.
Within the attached file you will find customers of your market with OI 2015 higher than 20.000 € or with a potential 2016 higher than 500.000 €.
We kindly ask you to adapt the file to your local language if needed. Thereafter hand it over to each FSE/KAM, requesting maintenance of their customers.
We need your consolidated feedback until 26th of July latest; we will organize a mass upload of your feedback to myCRM.
It is crucial that we receive back just one consolidated file from your market. Please do not change the structure; please do not delete or add columns within the file.
How to maintain the file:
1) OI 2015 is shown in the file. The categories L2, L1, M2 and M1 are explained in the second tab and indicate the importance of the customer.
(If the OI information is sensitive, we ask you to split the file by FSE before you hand it over.) Some customers in the file have a high potential in 2016, but their OI 2015 was low.
On the left you will find further information like customer group, industry, area and FSE.
2) On the right side you will find 4 groups of requested information - eCommerce/ Account information/ Materials machined/ Important components per year
The FSE can select the right information from a selection menu within each cell.
He is asked to enter the available information for his customers.
3) eCommerce and Materials machined - Some information is already filled in based on the current status in myCRM. These fields are colored and should not be changed in the file.
4) Components - shall be estimated and maintained by an assumed number, e.g. 100, 500, 1000, 5000, 10000
5) If it makes no sense to fill in information (e.g. focus components for some dealers), the FSE will not enter anything.

It enables you to give the relevant information to your customers in the right spot at the right time.
