Thanks for these control plans.



I have two quick comments about them:-

· On the End Cap control plan, it says that “no sand inside zhe casting”. Could this be corrected to “the casting”.

· Same comment on the Manifold Control Plan. However, in addition to this comment it should have specific reference to no sand inside the tubes.

· Also on the Manifold control plan, there is no reference to inspection of the ribs – I think these needs to be highlighted.



I also have two other questions for Mr Liu:-

· What is the achievable tolerance for the height of the ribs? What is the casting tolerance?

· What is the capacity from the one pattern (of each) that we have for the manifold and end cap items? What is the monthly and annual output from one pattern? What will be the increase if another pattern is added?
