This is Biju (Reuben’s Friend in Dubai) – heard a lot about you...hope to meet you soon.



We have enquires from 2 of my good clients here. One is a 397 Typical Villas (Drawings for which Reuben has forwarded you) and the Second one is the project mentioned in the ‘subject’ line above. They have two similar buildings, i.e. 4 Typical Towers of around 1200m2 X 15 Floors + Roof, sitting on two (B + G + 2 Podiums of around 7800m2/Floor).



As per their committed Programme, they have only 10 months to complete the structure, and as they are constrained by time, they wish to purchase equipment for 4 Typical Floors with any additional sets of Props if required. They also plan to utilize the same equipment to do the Basement, Ground and the 2 Podiums (of 7800m2 each) which will leave a shortfall of around 5400m2 of equipment/building, which they wish to Rent from us. Also, the Ground to the 1st Podium is higher than the rest of the slabs, we might have to consider prop extensions here.



They need our Commercial and Technical proposal by the end of next week as they have very limited time to finalize a supplier.



Please Note: The two DWG files in the ‘ZIP’ are the Villa Project Drawings and the remaining drawings are for the Twin Building Project.
