Moving forward, until I can sort out a more permanent solution to avoid these silly mistakes any weekly reload bonus you want to credit to a players account over 6000 needs to come through me with your full calculation description (Deposit is X, offer is 20%, Bonus is X).
ALL weekly reload bonuses that are looking to be credited twice in the same week needs to come through me for approval – I want a detailed reason why we are going to be crediting a second one (even if it was declined by the player or us)
