We are still checking with MS to understand the root cause and impact range. The fastest work around is to perform windows update then activate, our engineer also performed such experiment and confirmed it’s working. Once you can log in windows, please link to internet and perform windows update (it will take around 1hr)After windows has been updated to 1903 version, then activate the system will work immediately. The other solution is to ship back all the Teams unit and we use 1903 image to replace current 1803 image inside.This will take probably a week for such rework.
