7.2 Notwithstanding the foregoing, MOGAMI shall have no liability or responsibilityfor any such claim or action arising out of or resulting from: (i) any combinationof the Products with any other product; (ii) any abuse, misuse, improper storage orunauthorized repair or attempt to repair, testing, alteration, adjustment, removal orincorporation into other products of the Products; (iii) any use of the Products inany manner other than MOGAMI’s recommended procedures; (iv) any use of thedesigns, features, structures, specifications, means, steps or procedures required,specified, suggested or recommended by Purchaser or any other person in writing;(v) any modification, alteration or change made by any person other thanMOGAMI, regardless of whether MOGAMI has given its consent thereto; (vi)any statements with respect to the Products made by Purchaser or any otherperson, other than the written statements made by MOGAMI with respect to theProducts; or (vii) any other cause beyond MOGAMI’s reasonable control.
