(1) 构建良好的学校环境。 本研究结果显示,很多学校因素都对外语教师信念产生不同程度的影响,例如学校文化﹑ 教学资源﹑ 教师激励制度﹑ 学生等。学校是教学的主阵地,是教师实践和发展的依托,对教师信念的形成与变革会产生直接的影响,因此要加强学校物质文化﹑ 制度文化﹑ 精神文化等方面的建设,培育积极创新的学校文化气氛,提供丰富的教学资源以及教师学习机会,采取有效的教师激励措施,培养和谐向上的师生氛围,诸如此类的措施会对教师的信念
形成和专业发展起到潜移默化的影响,进而促进教学质量的提高。
