unfortunately we are a little bit late for changing the sealing system.
From my point of view the tool is not so easy but it should be possible feasible.
Here is my proposal:
- The sliders for the O-ring-area have to be inside of the ejector mold half.
- The topic with the burr is a topic we have also at the fittings (Porsche OBC) and bleeder (Renault EOC72). Manually control and rework could be required.
- The rib length was required due to creepage distances.
