As for film thickness, we started to re-negotiate widening tolerance from 20 - 25 micron to 20 - 50 micron.
Parts sent to dCSZ is for customers' evaluation purpose, and there are no defined number and size of nodules, stringers, nor fibers at this point, so we would like you to submit parts to Huihen after completing evaluation coating.
We are asking Intact Medical to contact Huihen Medical to make sure those samples are properly shipped to Intact Medical for evaluation.
After Intact receive those parts, we will discuss with Intact regarding what to accept and what not to accept.
Polyimide tubes are attached on stew using Dymax.
"Silane residule", "foreign materials", "nodules" may be the residue from Dymax.
For this reason, please also let us know the incoming receiving condition and identify surface condition which can cause coating defect in general.
After receiving those receiving condition from Huihen, we will also discuss this with Intact for those conditions which can lead to coating defects if those are not acceptable for them.
With $8.00/pc, how many pieces are you planning to load into chamber at one time?
If customer still insists on following 20 - 25 micron thickess spec., can you sustain the coating from costing point of view.
