随着社会的越来越进步，各种中小型企业也迅速发展起来，为了保证企业的正常生产经营活动，就需要拥有一定量的库存现金，来满足企业购买原材料、加工生产、支付员工工资和福利费、缴纳税金等活动。但是由于库存现金是企业的各种资产中流动性最强的货币性资产，具有很强的变现能力，是通用的交换媒介，也是对其它资产进行计量的一般尺度，它对维持企业正常生产经营管理具有特别重要的作用。目前，很多企业在库存现金管理方面存在问题，可能会给企业的经营管理方面带来不便，还可能造成更大的损失，因此企业要想更好的发展，加强对企业的库存现金管理具有很重要的意义。
本文是通过以漯河市旺旺食品有限公司的库存现金管理为例，针对企业库存现金管理方面存在的如现金交易比较频繁导致随意使用现金、没有库存现金限额、坐支现金等问题，提出加强库存现金管理的限额、加强对库存现金坐支现象的管理、完善现金的管理制度等一系列可行的对策，提前防范资金风险，强化控制和管理库存现金，来确保企业的健康发展。
