摘要：为了更好的控制核电工程项目采购进度，本文针对海南昌江核主泵建立赢得值和关键路径综合进度评价模型，对其制造过程中的进度情况分别按照整体和关键线路进行计算分析和评价，根据评价结果找出需重点关注的工作并剖析导致进度延误的原因，针对性采取有效的管控方法，实现了对主泵采购进度延误情况的正确认识，进而能够采用相应的管理办法，在一定程度上加快了主泵的采购进度。本文为核电工程其他设备采购提供了实例参考。

Abstract: in order to better control the nuclear power project procurement schedule, this paper according to the Hainan Changjiang nuclear main pump established win value and the critical path schedule comprehensive evaluation model, the manufacturing process in the progress of respectively in accordance with the overall and the key line of analysis and evaluation, root according to the evaluation results, to identify the need to focus on work and analyze the cause of delays in the progress of the, to take effective control methods, to achieve the correct understanding of main pump and procurement schedule delays, and thus be able to adopt the corresponding management method, in a certain extent, to speed up the progress of procurement of the main pump. This paper provides an example reference for other equipment procurement of nuclear power engineering.
